Rebel Wedding – Tips on How to Style a Pinterest Perfect Wedding
May 15, 2018
Frame your wedding day
Weddings have gone from a strictly ordered traditional must to an optional and individual celebration of love that can be arranged in lots of different ways. Rebel Walls loves theme parties and we think our product can help strengthen just about any theme possible. And if you can't find a suitable wall mural in our wide assortment, our designers can always help you out.
This is a collaboration between the Swedish wallpaper company Rebel Walls and The Paper Story (designed invitation cards) that shows how something as simple and cost-effective as printed paper really can tie a theme together. From the invitation card that says “Save the date” – all the way to the wedding reception. The wallpapers in this photo shoot where either hanged with a staple gun or wallpapered on temporary walls made of plasterboards.
Love with a twist
Love and anticipation are in the air. Welcome to the last preparations for a petite and intimate wedding reception where the pale pink light of the early morning hour perfectly matches the nervosity, hope, and excitement of the bridal couple.
Cactus as a symbol of love
The main colors of this countryside barn wedding are pink and mint together with the cactus which plays an unusual role as a symbol of love. True love. Love that can be both prickly and hard to handle, but also a love that is durable, that can endure and thrive in the sometimes extreme conditions of life.
Find a theme you love – And stick to it
We wanted a twist and combined the pale pink color with the slightly cooler attitude of the cactus. The Paper Story provided us with wonderful invitation cards to go with the theme and with these two paper products in place – on a small scale, and another huge one (our wall murals) – everything "in between" from making the wedding bouquet, deciding on the macaron pastry shaped as cactuses, setting the table etcetera was so easy, organic and fun. The two paper products really held the theme together.
