Returns

Wallpapers that are customized to fit your wall cannot be returned. So, when you receive your wallpaper, make sure that you have all the lengths and that none are defective or damaged. Because sometimes, things don't go our way, and even though we live to please, we also make mistakes. Faulty or damaged products upon arrival are, OF COURSE, returned and exchanged free of charge. The wallpaper must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

No one's perfect. Refunds for customized wallpaper cannot be processed in case of customer errors, such as inaccurate measurements or changes of mind. But don't be a stranger. Reach out! We are happy to help you find your wallpaper, and how to measure your wall. Or anything else, for that matter.

However! Canceling an order before it has been produced IS possible. In that case, we need you to get in touch as soon as possible. We usually manufacture and send your order the very next workday after the order has been placed. So, contact our customer service directly if you want to cancel your order.
