Wir von Rebel Walls sind stolz darauf, erstklassige Tapeten anzubieten, die den Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden entsprechen. Wir verstehen jedoch, dass manchmal die Dinge nicht so laufen wie geplant, und Sie Ihren Kauf zurückgeben müssen. Um sicherzustellen, dass Sie eine problemlose Erfahrung haben, haben wir unsere Rückgabebedingungen unten beschrieben:

Rücksendungen sind innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt Ihres Pakets , das Tapeten und Wandbilder umfasst, möglich. Sie können die Tapeten auch dann zurücksenden, wenn Sie die Bahnen wie durch die Schneidesymbole angegeben geteilt haben. Wenn Sie ein defektes oder falsches Produkt erhalten, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte sofort, und wir werden mit Ihnen zusammenarbeiten, um das Problem so schnell wie möglich zu lösen.

Um eine Rücksendung zu veranlassen, kontaktieren Sie bitte unser Kundenservice-Team unter hello@rebelwalls.com , und sie werden Ihnen Anweisungen geben, wie Sie vorgehen sollen.

Rebel Walls übernimmt die Kosten für den Rückversand. Wenn Sie sich dafür entscheiden, den Rückversand selbst zu organisieren, beachten Sie bitte, dass Rebel Walls weder die Versandkosten erstattet noch für Schäden oder Verluste während des Transports verantwortlich ist. Eine Rückerstattung erfolgt erst, wenn wir das Produkt im Originalzustand und in der Originalverpackung erhalten haben.

Die Tapeten müssen im Originalzustand und in der Originalverpackung zurückgeschickt werden, einschließlich aller Zubehörteile und Papiere.
Rückerstattungen werden innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der zurückgegebenen Tapete auf die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode ausgestellt.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei Rebel Walls bestellte Muster nicht erstattet und nicht zurückgegeben werden können. Wir bieten Muster an, um unseren Kunden zu helfen, informierte Entscheidungen über unsere Produkte zu treffen und um sicherzustellen, dass die Farben und Motive ihren Erwartungen entsprechen. Aus diesem Grund akzeptieren wir keine Rücksendungen oder Rückerstattungen für Musterbestellungen.

Sie können eine Bestellung stornieren, bevor sie in die Produktionsphase eintritt. In der Regel werden Bestellungen am nächsten Arbeitstag gefertigt und versandt. Wenn Sie Ihre Bestellung stornieren möchten, wenden Sie sich bitte umgehend an unseren Kundendienst.

Returnable products
Returns on a complete order of wallpapers or wall murals are accepted within 14 days of receiving your parcel*
You may still return the wallpaper if you have divided the lengths as indicated by the cutting symbols.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
You have the right to cancel your order if it is more than 21 working days delayed. Please contact us regarding delayed shipments so that we can help you as soon as possible.
* Please note that we are unable to accept returns of wallpaper samples, part of a mural or wallpaper roll and wallpaper that has been made especially for you such as tailormade wallpapers by our project service studio.
Before returning your order
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@rebelwalls.com, and they will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Rebel Walls will cover the cost of the return shipping. If you choose to arrange your own return shipping, please note that Rebel Walls will not reimburse any shipping costs or be responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during the transit. We will not issue a refund until we have received the product in its original condition and packaging.
Wallpaper must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and paperwork.
Refund payout
Once we have received your shipment you will get an email from us letting you know that we are processing your refund. When the return is accepted a refund will be made. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
If you return your order without first contacting us, the handling time will be longer and may cause additional costs.
Please note that samples ordered from Rebel Walls are non-refundable and cannot be returned. We offer samples to help our customers make informed decisions about our products and to ensure that the colors and motifs match their expectations. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for sample orders.
Delays caused by you not being present to receive the shipment is out of our control and not subject to a refund. Contact us immediately to find a solution. Not receiving your package may cause additional costs.
You can cancel an order before it enters the production stage. We typically manufacture and ship orders on the next business day. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team promptly.
