Can I find your wallpapers in a retail store?Our wallpapers may be available at a reseller in your area – see "Find Shop" in the menu.
Can I order samples?Yes, you can order free samples from our usual assortment (wallpaper designs from image banks is not available as samples). Contact our customer service and specify what products you would like and also mention your address, e-mail and phone number.
What's the delivery time for samples?The delivery time is about 5 days for Europe, 7 days for the US and 10 days for the rest of the world.
Which size should I specify when ordering wallpaper?All our wall murals are custom made. You can order as many square meters/feet as you need to cover your wall. Though, there's a size limit of 10 m x 10 m (32” x 32”) for web orders. If you like to order more sq.ft., please contact us and we will help you manually. 1. Measure carefully the height and width of the wall you want to decorate. 2. Go to our website and select a mural in our assortment. Enter the width and height of your wall to preview how the mural will look on the wall. Add around 5 cm (2 inches) as a margin for leaning walls.
How do I measure my wall?1. We print the wallpaper from the exact measurements of your wall. 2. Measure the width and the height of the complete wall. 3. If any section of the wall has different heights, measure the highest point to cover the whole wall. 4. The wallpaper is printed in the exact measurements, so always add 5 cm (2 inches) to the measurements if the wall is uneven.
Can I make a wallpaper from an image?Yes, if you have a photo on your computer or smartphone, you can upload the image and preview the wallpaper directly on our website. If you have a real photograph, please contact us and we will help you scan it.
Can I create a custom design?We can create a custom wallpaper just as you want it. Do you have a pattern or design in mind please contact us and we will help you. To our design service
What's the minimum order size?We can make wall murals in any dimensions, but the minimum price is 3 m2 (32 sq ft), even if you buy less.
What's the width of each wallpaper length?All our wallpapers are produced on 45 cm (17 3/4 inch) wide lengths. The lengths will all be marked with a number to make it easy for you to know in which order you will put them up.
What happens if the design doesn’t fit my wall’s measurements?If the design doesn’t fit the size of your wall we sometimes can make manual modifications. Please check out our Design Services for more information and to get a quote.

How to Install
Easy InstallationWe make the installation a fun experience by producing and including easy step-by-step hanging instructions and adhesive.
How do I remove old wallpaper and prepare my wall?To install your new mural, the surface of the wall must be smooth, clean, dry and sound. Flaking paint and loose wallpaper should be removed and any uneven surfaces must be filled. A guide for removing old wallpaper will come soon.

Wallpaper qualityAll our wallpapers are printed on a non-woven paper of the highest quality. The paper is reinforced with nylon fibers making the wallpaper stable, meaning that the adhesive can be applied directly to the wall; which makes the installation much easier.
Paste directly on the wallWe recommend you to use Rebel Walls wallpaper adhesive, which we include in the box. If you use another wallpaper paste, please choose one suited for non-woven wallpaper.
Fire classOur wallpapers are fire rated in accordance with EN ISO 11925-2 which is the European standard for fire rating of wallpaper.
Light fastnessIt's of great importance that the wallpaper is lightfast. Otherwise, it will lose its color after a while. Our production technology is designed to provide optimum resistance to fading.
WashabilityAll our wallpapers are washable, meaning that their surface is resistant to damage, and any domestic dirt or water stains can be wiped with a damp cloth or sponge. Our wallpapers have three waves washability which gives the best protection.
How long is the delivery time?When you order the wallpaper on the website, we usually manufacture it the very next day. It is sent immediately, free of charge, by our partner UPS. Depending on the country, the average delivery time is about 7–10 days.
Is the shipping free of charge?Shipping is always free when we send your order with UPS Standard. If you need an express delivery, we can use UPS Express, with a next day delivery.
Is wallpaper paste included?We always include wallpaper adhesive so you can hang the wallpaper directly.
Credit card paymentWe accept payments with VISA, MasterCard and PayPal. All payments are handled by a secure service provider. Rebel Walls doesn't handle or store any card information.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return the wallpaper?Your wallpaper is custom made to fit your wall which means it can't be used on other walls, yet re-used on another wall. However, we have a 100% Happy Guarantee so if you are not satisfied with the wallpaper please contact us and we will send a new one or give you a full return. The 100% Happy Guarantee is valid 30 days from the order date and doesn't apply in a case of incorrect measurements. If you have questions or are not satisfied with your wallpaper please contact us and we will find a solution for you.
What if there is a problem with the wallpaper?Printing wallpaper is an advanced process and on rare occasions, mistakes can be made. Always check the wallpaper before hanging it to ensure there are no production defects. If you find any flaws, please contact us before you start installing the wallpaper, and we will replace it with a new one, free of charge. In all events, the limit of liability for any fault or defect in the product shall be to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods, and the seller shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential loss howsoever arising. It is important that the provided instructions are followed to ensure the best results are achieved. We also recommend you use the supplied adhesive or an adhesive that is designed specifically for non-woven wallpapers.

Wallpapers purchased on the website is manufactured by Rebel Walls factory in Sweden and sent without intermediaries to you or your business. We offer options for free payment and delivery as well as additional services for increased service needs.
The prices on the website include Australian GST.
Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your order. Make it a habit to always check your order confirmation so that everything looks OK. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service immediately. Please save the order confirmation which includes you customer and order number in case you need to contact us. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible.

Returns & Complaints
The wallpaper is custom made to fit your wall and cannot be returned.
We sell all products with a one year guarantee and three year right of complaints in accordance to the Swedish Consumer Purchases Act (1990:932). All warranties apply in Sweden. The product guarantee covers only the initial error, i.e., errors contained in the product upon delivery. Faulty or damaged products upon arrival are returned and exchanged free of charge.
We will not replace any additional costs that may arise due to a product is damaged, faulty or defective, such as extra work, materials or the like. It is up to the customer to check the product before installing it. We do not reimburse for faulty installations. If any dispute arises, the public complaints committee recommendations will be followed.

Through your registration and/or order you agree that Rebel Walls store and use information about your purchases as well as the contact information you provide. The data is stored and used to enable us to fulfill our commitment to you, and better able to satisfy your needs as a customer and provide you with better service. The data is stored and also used for information and marketing purposes. This means that Rebel Walls, unless you in writing objected to it, may use your personal information to contact you by email with newsletters, by SMS, email or direct mail.
We treat your personal information with the utmost care and ensure that your customer data is only used by Rebel Walls. Rebel Walls will not, without your consent, pass on your contact details unless it is required by law, if it is necessary for your order with us or if it is needed to protect the rights and properties of Rebel Walls.
We offer a secure card payment with all major credit and debit card brands, in collaboration with the payment provider Stripe. Rebel Walls never handles or saves any card details.
