Orders and ordering
You must be at least 18 or over to shop from Rebelwalls.com. If you are not 18 years old, you need your parent or legal guardian’s approval before submitting your purchase.
Once you have completed your purchase we will send you an order confirmation to the email address that you have provided. Your order confirmation includes a summary of the products that you have purchased, price breakdown, invoice- and delivery address, and the type of delivery you have chosen.

At Rebel Walls, we offer free worldwide delivery. The following delivery timeframes encompass both production and shipping periods. All of our stunning products are produced and shipped from Sweden. Once your order is dispatched, the courier will send you an email containing tracking details. Please note that some countries may require local customs and duties to be paid to the courier upon or before delivery. For specific information about your country, consult your local authorities.
We typically manufacture and ship your order on the next business day.

Please be aware that orders placed during weekends and holidays (bank holidays or "red days") will be processed on the subsequent business day.
If there is a production delay (applicable to custom-made murals), you have the option to cancel your purchase at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the logistics company. However, our customer service team is always available to assist you.
Be advised that during promotional campaigns, production and delivery times may be extended.
We live for designing awesome wallpapers and know that premium design is experienced all the way to the wall. We want you to join our cause and make the world a more diverse, beautiful, and colorful place by claiming your space. That's also why we have decided to control the whole process from design to production and delivery so we can make sure you will be happy and satisfied (hopefully even more than that!) with the wallpaper we provide.
As Rebels, we dare to take the lead and stay true to our mission. Our printing process uses state-of-the-art technology and environmentally-friendly inks. We also source some of the industry's highest-quality paper and materials to ensure you receive the best quality possible. So worthy!
All prices on rebelwalls.com are displayed in the currency of your location. Please note that if you are shopping from outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs charges. For more information on this, contact your local customs authorities.
We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. Despite our best efforts, a small number of our products may occasionally be mispriced. In such cases, we are not obligated to provide the products at the incorrect price. We will reach out to you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. If we cannot contact you, or if you decide not to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the amount you have paid.

For select customers, we offer the convenience of paying by invoice. Eligible customers will receive an invoice by email, detailing the total amount due and payment instructions. Payment terms will be clearly stated on the invoice, and customers are required to make payments within the specified time frame. Failure to pay within the designated period may result in late fees or other penalties, as outlined on the invoice.
Product images may differ from the actual product, and we cannot guarantee that the displayed image perfectly matches the wallpaper's exact color. Colors in images may also vary across different electronic devices, such as Macs, PCs, tablets, and smartphones. To ensure color accuracy, we recommend ordering a sample of your chosen wallpaper before purchasing multiple rolls. We reserve the right to update product descriptions and imagery as needed without prior notice.
Returns and Complaints
As our wallpapers are custom-made to fit your wall, they cannot be returned.
However, you can cancel an order before it enters the production stage. We typically manufacture and ship orders on the next business day. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team promptly.
We offer a one-year guarantee and a three-year right of complaint on all products, in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Purchases Act (1990:932). These warranties apply in Sweden. The product guarantee covers initial errors, meaning any defects present in the product upon delivery. Faulty or damaged products received will be returned and exchanged at no additional cost.
We will not compensate for extra costs that may arise during installation, such as additional labor or materials. Customers are responsible for inspecting the product before installation. We do not provide reimbursement for incorrect installations. In the event of a dispute, we will adhere to the recommendations of the public complaints committee.

In the event of a dispute, that we do not succeed in resolving, we follow the recommendations of "Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden" (ARN) General Complaints Board. Any dispute must be resolved by either Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).
