An iconic wallpaper that turns walls into artwork
Maria Qvist is a collaboration between Rebel Walls and Maria within our Meet a Rebel concept. The original painting is inspired by Italian houses with rough and uneven plastered walls where the years have given them patina. It’s painted using an ancient technique in which one first applies the paint and later applies water and spreads the paint out using large paint brushes and palette knives. Layer after layer, the piece of art has built up its strong character. This wallpaper design gives the walls a lively and living feel while also creating a comfortably calm and relaxing home feel.
All our wall murals are printed with Rebel Mattic™, our soft and non-reflective matte finish. The material adds an exclusive look and touch to your walls. You can order samples from our standard assortment (designs from the image bank and wall murals with special effects are not available as samples) by clicking the “Order sample” button. Our samples are A3-sized (tabloid/ledger), showing a downscaled version of the full design, which will give you a good feel for the colors and material.
How to order
Start by choosing a design you like. Before you order you must measure the wall you want to wallpaper, width + height. We recommend you to add an extra inch on both measurements since walls can be a bit slanting.
